Pelsan has proudly relocated to its new state-of-the-art facility in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ. This milestone marks more than just a move. It represents a strategic step toward creating a modern, inspiring environment that reflects the company’s innovative, technological, and dynamic spirit.
At the heart of this transformation is a workplace designed around the principles of flexibility, transparency, variability, and experience. The new facility serves not only as a production hub but also as a vibrant living and working space that fosters collaboration, creativity, and well-being. The project was envisioned to promote communication and interaction across teams by providing an environment that supports both personal and professional development. The space is designed as a shared ecosystem, encouraging employees to learn, share, socialize and grow together.
Employee well-being was a key priority throughout the design process. By offering a safe, collaborative, and stimulating environment, the new facility supports the physical and mental health of employees, especially those working long hours in technology-driven roles.
