This policy has been prepared to define our company's commitments and corporate values in the field of social responsibility.
Our company aims to protect employee rights, adhere to societal ethical standards, and fulfill environmental responsibilities. Furthermore, we are committed to operating in full compliance with the labor standards set by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and other international norms. The ILO works globally to safeguard workers' rights, ensure fair working conditions, and promote social justice. As the management of Pelsan, we support this mission and adopt ethical conduct, integrity, and fair practices as fundamental principles in all our activities. We are committed to ensuring that all employees receive their rights as outlined by laws and standards, to complying with occupational health and safety regulations, to being environmentally conscious, and to fostering a workplace environment characterized by open and honest communication, respect, and recognition.

PREGNANT EMPLOYEES
We ensure the protection of the health rights of pregnant employees, provide safe working conditions, prevent any form of discrimination due to pregnancy, and guarantee the protection of their workplace rights. We also provide appropriate leave and ensure a healthy working environment for pregnant employees.

 

EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN WORKERS
For foreign nationals employed in accordance with our laws, we prepare employment contracts in a language they understand, ensure that all employment procedures from hiring to termination comply with current legal regulations, prohibit employment under debt bondage under all circumstances, and strictly avoid employing undocumented workers.

 

PREVENTION OF FORCED AND COMPULSORY LABOR
We ensure that work is performed on a voluntary basis and not under coercion, contractual obligation, or in exchange for debt.

 

PREVENTION OF CHILD LABOR
In alignment with our institutional respect for the protection of children from all forms of exploitation, and for their healthy development and right to education, we do not employ individuals under the age of 18. We adhere to all procedures and principles related to the employment of young workers.

 

PREVENTION OF DISCRIMINATION
We are committed to avoiding discrimination among employees based on age, gender, race, religion, language, descent, ethnic or national origin, social class, sexual orientation, belief, marital, social, or economic status, etc., and we implement mechanisms to prevent such discrimination.

 

EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION & FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION
We respect the right of employees to be involved in management through their representatives, to join labor unions, and to engage in collective bargaining. We ensure that employees are represented freely and democratically through their elected representatives.

 

PREVENTION OF MISTREATMENT AND HARASSMENT

WORKING HOURS
In accordance with the principle of productive work, we determine working hours in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the standards we are committed to. Overtime is based on the principle of voluntariness.
